Crackle and Teal gift cards purchased online are sent via email and can be redeemed online or in store. If applicable, specify the recipients email address in the notes section at checkout. If you are purchasing multiple gift cards for different recipients, please place a separate order for each person.

Expected arrival dates may vary. Orders placed with preorder items will be held until complete before shipping. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.

Returns
We are happy to return items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
All reduced priced merchandise, textiles, furniture, jewelry and preorders are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
