Return Policy

We are happy to return items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

All reduced priced merchandise, textiles, furniture, jewelry and preorders are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to return/exchange an online purchase:

Contact us via email at shop@crackleandteal.com and we will respond with next steps. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your purchase minus shipping fees. 

Abandoned local pickup orders:

Store pickup orders will be held for 30 days. After which time the items are considered abandoned and may be restocked. If you cannot pickup your order within 30 days, please contact us.
