Not in love? We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. While we do not issue refunds, we’ll accept in-store exchanges or issue store credit minus shipping costs for merchandise with original store tags attached and in original packaging within 10 days of your purchase date.
All reduced priced merchandise, textiles, preorders, furniture, jewelry and paint products are FINAL SALE, in which case are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Furniture that is purchased but not removed from the store will incur a restocking fee should the order be cancelled.
How to return/exchange an online purchase:
If you would like to return a purchase simply let us know after receiving the package via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with instructions.
Once your return is received and approved we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your store credit will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Abandoned local pickup orders:
Items will be held for 30 days only. After which they will be restocked at your cost. No refunds. If you can not pick-up within 30 days, you must contact us before the end of your 30 days.
