Your order will ship UPS Standard or Canada Post Expedited Parcel depending on your location. Shipping times average 1-7 business days, depending on carrier and your location. Shipping rates are flat rate to most Canadian provinces. Please contact us for a quote if shipping is not available for your area at checkout.
USA
We ship using Canada Post/USPS. Shipping times average 5-10 business days. Due to recent U.S. customs changes, duties and import fees are now collected at checkout for all U.S. orders. This ensures smooth delivery with no border delays or additional charges on arrival.
Preorders
We are happy to allow you to order items while awaiting arrival or restocks. Please note that the expected arrival date may vary and that if there are delays expected beyond these dates, we will contact you. Orders placed with preorder items will be held until complete before shipping. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.
