In-Store and Online Purchases
You may return items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping fees. All reduced priced merchandise, textiles, furniture, jewelry and preorders are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility.
Returned to Sender Orders
Orders returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or recipient relocation are not eligible for a full refund.
If a refund is approved, the following will be deducted from the refund amount:
- original shipping charges,
- return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier,
- and any applicable customs or carrier fees.
Customers may also choose to have the order reshipped at their expense once the parcel has been returned to us.
