SourJo is a 5-year-old dehydrated sourdough starter, matured to perfection and packed with natural yeasts and lactobacilli for a healthy, robust rise. Easy to revive, this starter just needs water and flour - and you’ll be on your way to fresh, delicious sourdough loaves.
Each packet contains 10 grams of starter, sealed for freshness. A kitchen scale is recommended for the best results, and detailed instructions are included to guide you through the rehydration process.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard depending on your location. Shipping times average 1-7 business days.
International Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will ship USPS or UPS Standard depending on your location. Shipping times average 5-10 business days. Shipping costs do not include any additional import fees such as customs, duties, or taxes calculated by the receiving country.
Returns
We are happy to return items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping fees. All reduced priced merchandise, textiles, furniture, jewelry and preorders are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility.
